We have realised that at Arts For All we have a perfect opportunity, through our creative clubs, to reach out to older people in the local community - many of whom are isolated and feel vulnerable. Our textiles, jewellery and felt-making classes reach out into the local community, and are designed to be intergenerational. We are specifically encouraging more older people in the area to come and join in the creative fun! Through this work we aim to change lives by offering friendship and a happy and safe place for people of all ages to meet, build their self-confidence and have fun!
We are also keen to expand to provide a greater variety of arts activities. In particular, we would like to start a photography club. If you would be interested in joining such a club, please contact us.
