Miracle Makers

Are you wondering how you can make a difference? Ever want to help people in need but wonder how you can start?

Well, at Arts For All we have an opportunity for you to make a change and become a Miracle Maker.

It is simple
We are looking for 20 Miracle Makers who will be able to change the lives of disadvantaged children who live in Tower Hamlets and Hackney over the next 3 years.

How can you help?
We are seeking 20 people or companies to support us for 3 years. It will mean a commitment of £5000 each year and the money will be used to run art clubs and play activities for children who desperately need support, encouragement and investment.

Did you know?
• The children we work with are aged 5–16 years.
• 85% of our members come from families with two generations of unemployment.
• Approximately 50% of the children have been mugged and most have been bullied.
• They live in over-crowded flats on badly maintained estates.
• They have very few safe places to play and little access to art materials or other creative outlets.
• Most have limited aspirations or positive role models due to family circumstances.
• Many are vulnerable children and are at risk of playing truant or getting involved with in anti-social behaviour.

Being a Miracle Maker
We will send you a quarterly newsletter and invite you to our fantastic exhibitions displaying the children’s art work. We would also love you to volunteer with us individually or as a company and will be happy to talk about opportunities with you. Volunteering could be as simple as helping with a mail out or helping at one of our clubs.
